Cubestream helps independent filmmakers earn revenue from their content through rentals and purchases. Here's how the earnings system works.
Revenue Model
When viewers rent or purchase your films, you earn revenue from each transaction. Filmmakers set their own prices (minimum $0.99) and earn a share of each sale. Revenue is generated every time someone pays to watch your content.
Earnings Dashboard
Track your earnings from the dashboard at /earnings.php. The dashboard shows:
- Total earnings — Your cumulative revenue across all content.
- Recent transactions — Individual sales with dates and amounts.
- Per-title breakdown — See which films are earning the most.
Payout Process
Earnings are accumulated in your Cubestream wallet. Payouts are processed according to the platform's payout schedule. You can view your wallet balance and transaction history from the earnings page.
Revenue Splits
If you collaborate with other filmmakers on the platform, revenue can be split among collaborators. This is managed through the content settings for each title.
